Recycling system for waste gypsum boards
The device is low-cost and has inexpensive running costs. The hemihydrate gypsum produced by the hemihydrate gypsum device can be used as a raw material for solidifiers for soft ground improvement, construction sludge improvement, construction soil improvement, and dredged soil improvement. We are also developing solidifiers that utilize hemihydrate gypsum.
It is possible to crush and separate waste gypsum boards on-site into semi-hydrated gypsum.
Crushed and separated waste gypsum boards can be heated at over 120°C for a certain period, resulting in the production of hemihydrate gypsum through water and hydration reactions. If a generator is mounted on a 4-ton truck, processing can be done immediately. The produced hemihydrate gypsum can be stored by packing it into bulk bags. Hemihydrate gypsum becomes an excellent solidifying agent when mixed with lime, cement, etc. Solidifying agents can be produced and treated on-site. Technologies for addressing fluoride in gypsum and suppressing hydrogen sulfide generation have also been established. Consulting services for the recycling of waste gypsum boards into solidifying agents that immobilize fluoride and suppress hydrogen sulfide generation are available nationwide in Japan. Each project costs 525,000 yen (excluding consumption tax).
